
I love food. I love everything about it, eating it, smelling it, cooking it. For a very long time owning a restaurant was one of my most important dreams. I imagined myself loving every minute of it and living the life of my dreams. I even toured two top culinary schools and diligently set about deciding every aspect of my future restaurant.
